Hi friends, happy weekend to you! I’m headed to IKEA today for a few things, I haven’t been in over a year since it’s an hour away and I tend to get lost in there don’t we all? Tomorrow I’m running a 5K which I’ve trained for, not too difficult only 3 miles but I like being at a fitness level where a three mile run is no big deal, that feels great!
