  200. After looking at their site I would make some bling shirts for my little grand daughter.

  201. What wouldn’t I make with this? ;) I would love to etch some glass organizers that are sitting around waiting to get cute enough to be used. I checked out the Silhouette blog and would also use it to finish some scrapbooking projects that were put on the back burner.

  202. I want a Silhouette because I have an endless list of projects and this would not only help me get through them faster, but the end results would look ultra professional without losing my creative touch.

Plus, I think my husband’s getting tired of listening to me whine about how much I want a Silhouette. ;)

  203. I want a silhouette because …I am just dieing to get my hands on one of these machines! lol I have been addicted to vinyl for awhile and this would make my life so much cheaper.

  243. I am a big scrapbooker, so I would want to use it mostly for that and making cards, etc. That looks like a great deal on Monday!

  244. I must drool over these Silhouette machines at least ten times a week, momentarily indulging in the fantasy that they’ll sell them for $.08 someday so I can actually afford one myself. I could make snowflakes to adhere to my windows! I could etch labels for my glass canisters! I could make, well, gosh, LOTS of things, even apple pies! (Okay, maybe that last one’s just a subliminal message to me that I should get busy in the kitchen.)

  246. I want a silhouette for all the possibilities! Vinyl, glass etching…there’s so many things to do!

  247. Also, hi. I’m a follower. You know why? Because I get as excited visiting your blog as I do visiting the Silhouette site! :)

  250. I just had my 6th corneal transplant to restore vision(the third one in my left eye), but have had many periods of complete blindness over the past 30 years. I do celebrate each restoration. One of my favorite things has been to work with paper and scissors to create cards, silhouettes, and many other projects, all of which becomes difficult with vision issues. I have not been introduced to the recent technology for cut-outs. I am amazed at what is possible nowadays. This would be a miracle for creating the things I most enjoy. Apparently there is no limit as to the possibilities. How fun that would be.!

So I hope this comment is sufficient for entering into the exciting give away of the “Silhouette”. Hope it is not too late to enter.

    Happy Thanksgiving.

    Sincerely,

    Joyce Morgan

  953. There are three of us crafters here that could make very good use of that machine. My oldest daughter is an elementary school teacher. I am an avid crafter and my other daughter likes to create all kinds of unique things.

  954. I would love a silhouette for making home made crafts. 2 friends and myself rented a booth at a local antiques store last week. We are so excited to be able to display our items there. This would be awesome at helping me get started!

  963. I am an illustrator of children’s books (working on two books for new authors right now). I think a Silhouette would revolutionize some of the illustrating I do. I also love to do collage and I think this would really add to the process of creating different textures and using different fabrics with more precision and a more “finished” look. This makes crafting and doing art projects for others look very professional and makes a product that an artist would be proud for a buyer to display. I am SOLD on it! :)

  964. i love making stuff and having a silhoutte would let me get my craft on even more. i’ve been coveting one of these for ever. thanks for the opportunity – love your blog!

  978. Oh my, what great ideas the website has! There is this sign that I wanted to make from some old reclaimed wood planks that I have. I was going to just paint the letters on, but this would make my life so much easier and look better as well. I also have a labeling addiction, so doing something like their examples of glass etching for my canisters would be awesome.

Pick me! Pick me! I have a nativity scene I want to do!!! and then the list goes on from there!

1092. There are so many things on the silhouette site that I want to make from cards to scrapbook pages, the etched glass to apparel. The possibilities are endless. BTW, I am a follower.

1093. I would love to win this for my sister for Christmas! She’s been wanting one for such a long time! ^_^

1094. I would love to win!! 2 reasons: I love crafting and also it would be great to finally win something!!! So many great possibilities for parties, gifts, home decor…

1095. I can think of a million projects that I can do with this sweet little machine! The first thing I would make would be paper ornaments :) I’ve been wanting one of these forever! :)

1096. I FB and Tweeted! I don’t think I could pin down just one thing I would make with this thing. I have to say the mind reels with the possibilities… I would love to win this no doubt about it.

Oh on another note, I just recently came across this blog and have to say Kate you’ve inspired me to remodel my home office, I currently have two bookcases, a desk, and chest of drawers in my garage being sanded and primed. I’m on a roll. I’ll be sure to share pics and a link back to you as my inspirator. Thank you keep em’ comin’ I’m lovin’ it.

1097. There are SO many projects I’d love to tackle with a Silhouette Machine…I’d love to use it to make templates for etched dishes for Christmas presents!

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to win this AWESOME machine!

1098. Love the silhouette! My favorite aspect is that it works with my computer and there are no cartiridges, but that is only the beginning! It has so many options and capabilities, it would change the way I do everything!

1099. Why I want the Silhouette? I have been saving my small stipend “blow” money each month saving for a cricut because that’s all I knew…until now! Holy smokes…cartridges smartridges! Thank goodness the silhouette exists! I am way more computer savvy and this makes so much more sense. I would love to be able to do many of the tutorials you share. I’m getting a sewing machine for Christmas and the Silhouette would make me an official craft junkie! Don’t worry, my husband thinks I already need a 12-step program. :-)

1100. I would love to use the temporary tattoo paper to create mini-moustaches – I’d hand them out to guests at our holiday party for a laugh and lots of funny pics!

1101. From the Silhouette blog, I would LOVE to do the t-shirts with the iron-on transfer paper. I love doing these, but my current situation is this…design then forward design to neighbor so that I can run over and use her inkjet printer to print said design (only have a laser printer). Then return to cut and iron. (Are the pity violins playing yet?) What a great idea to have the image cut out on iron-transfer paper…tada!

1102. I usually enjoy being a leader, but I LOVE your site and have totally become a follower! :-) Thank you for sharing your talents and creativity with the rest of us! Love it!

1103. I’d use the silhouette for so many craft projects I can’t list them all. Subway art, vinyl lettering on everything, transfer images on t shirts, pillows. My mind is exploding with ideas.

1104. I want a Silhouette because of all its amazing uses. I could do so much with it for my in home daycare!

1105. I would love to win a Silhouette. I am dream about a Silhouette both day and night. I would go completely bonkers if I won. I don’t know how to choose what to make first. This thing is AMAZING!

1106. There are so many things I’d like to try with a Silhouette: the heat transfer vinyl, making “wall words” & of course, using it for scrapbooking.
    Thanks!

1107. I just checked out the Silhouette site and my son saw the tattoos. I guess that would be the first thing I would make so we can all be happy!

1108. I am creating stencils for a glitter painting by printing onto transparencies and cutting them with a craft knife. I’d love to make very intricate stencils without all the cutting. Also, I’d love to make mobiles, but again, cutting is a problem. This would make my life better and easier. I soooooo want one!

1109. Although I would prob. never use it much, I think the temporary tattoo stuff is cool! Maybe for a birthday party?? or for Superbowl?! Super cute!

1110. I have wanted to try the Silhouette for the longest time…I saw someone made an awesome t-shirt for Halloween with it…adorable! I want to make Christmas cards!

1111. I love all the projects you can make…especially the apparel ideas they show on the website

1112. I just became a follower of your blog although I have come across your blog several times. I look forward to following you on a regular basis.

1113. I would so love to have one of these and would begin by making some awesome Christmas presents.

1114. I would love to own a Silhouette so not only can I make all the awesome things I’ve seen in blog land but I would also like to make some items to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis!

1115. I am a recent college grad and I am moving into an apartment in SF because I got a job there. As you know, places there aren’t that great unless you’ve got a ton of money, so I’d like to use it to spruce up my drab apartment and make it homey.

1116. my mom and i are both coveting the silhouette… DIY runs in the family! i’d love to etch glassware, stencil a mural on our bedroom wall and in the nursery we’re painting… the list is endless.

1117. Love your site!! I can’t wait to try to make Christmas decorations for our home!! So glad to find your website!

1118. I would like to win a Silouhette because I have been a Cricut user and have heard so much about the Silouhette! I would like to win and share my conversion with my fellow cricut users!

1124. I would love a silhouette in order make items to sell – as a way to raise money for helping sex trafficked girls.

1125. I would love to make all kinds of things with vinyl… but that would only be the beginning!

1126. I would love to win one because I can see all sorts of projects I can do with my kids and how fun it would be!

1127. I’ve used a Cricut for several years. The designs are particularly expensive, if you only want one off of the entire package. I love the fact that the Silhouette interfaces directly with the computer and you only have to purchase what you need.

1128. There are so many reasons why I would love this machine!! The vinyl cutouts, the homemade cards I could make, The t-shirts, the glass etching… oh the list goes on. I am crossing my fingers!

1129. Oh the things I could do with a Silhouette! . . . word art for the wall . . . monogrammed wine glasses . . . and oh so much more! I’ve been wanting one for some time.

1130. I would try out the heat transfer to make shirts for my little man and one on the way!

    Then on to home decor!

1131. I have seen so many great things created by the use of the silhouette, and just today I told my niece I would love to be able to make a nativity scene to put on the pretty blue bottles she gave me and then put lights inside the bottle to use for Christmas. I have a few other projects in mind too!

1132. umm…I want one because….I WANT ONE! WHO WOULDN’T?! If you don’t…you shouldn’t be on this blog. so there. ha

1133. I would love a Silhouette because I only have a very old Xyron digital cutter which cuts 5″x5″.

1134. Would have a hard time deciding if I should start with the Welcome for my front door, or a vinyl saying for my kitchen!

1135. I’d love this for vinyl and for cutting paper for the craft projects I do with my toddler group!

1139. I think the Silhouette is so awesome! There are so many things you can make with it. I wonder if there is an end to the possibilities?? I want one of these b/c I don’t have anything like it at all. I could make so many creative things for others!!

1140. I would love a silhouette because I am a big crafter and I love the things you can do with this machine.

1141. I’m a new follower (sorta)! I have had you in my google reader for quite some time. Your blog is one of my favs!!
    Thanks!

1142. I am planning on making some of the cute vinyl letter crafts that I saw on the Silhouette site.

1143. There are too many possible craft ideas to list just one as my first project if I win the Silhouette.

1144. So many fun things to make! I would definitely create Christmas mirror clings for my daughter’s bathroom — what a fun way to start the day! Thank you!

1145. I would LOVE a Silhouette because I am so crafty and love making pillows and drapes and clothes and outlines of my daughters name and gifts for people that it would make life 100% easier when it came to cutting things out and designing different things!

1146. Upon visiting the Silhouette site I would definitely LOVE LOVE LOVE to make my daughter and youngest brother temporary tattoos… That would be so neat! Since I am getting married soon I would also like to make all of my own invitations and do the etching on the glass for our champagne glasses!

1154. I’m not a NEW follower, but… I’m a “loyal” follower. Does that count?! I don’t always comment, but I sware I read practically every post! ha ha

1155. What WOULDN’T I do with a Silhouette! Asking Santa for one, but would love to win one here instead :)

1156. I would love to win this so I can use my money for Christmas gifts frugally and can give more to people who really need it.

1157. Oh, my–what an incredible device! I want a Silhouette because it would not only enable me to make all the crafts I already make so much more professional (cake decorating, cards, home decor, sewing, gifts, and more), it would also enable me to create things that I thought would always be beyond my grasp. I love making and designing things, giving them away, having friends and their kids over to make things, and more–but all my crafts definitely have a very homemade, amateur look to them. Additionally, my handwriting and cutting skills are awful–and my label maker labels look very utilitarian and industrial. The Silhouette looks like a dream machine–or a dream-it-and-make-it-come-true machine!

1158. I’m new to DIY and crafting. I found your blog earlier in the month and your posts are incredibly inspiring! I’d love to try the Silhouette for scrapbooking and paper crafts and etched glass – and the seasonal pillow you just posted! :)

1159. i want a silhouette sd so that i can make all the marvelous things it makes!
i’d use it for decorating my house and making cute clothing, cards, invites etc.
    the possiblities are endless!

1160. Longtime reader, first time commenter… but I had to throw my hat in the ring for this one! Would love to own one of these amazing machines, but it just isn’t in the cards (or budget) right now. Fingers crossed!

1161. I want to make stickers for my kids (If I gave it to my sister, she would have to promise to supply an endless amount of stickers!)

1162. what and awesome giveaway! I too would be very thankful to get my fingers on one- I’m already itching with projects I want to try!

1163. i visited the silhouette site. i would definitely start with trying out the vinyl and then working my way up from there. i’ve always wanted to try vinyl, but never had anything to try it with!

1164. i visited the silhouette site. i would definitely start with trying out the vinyl and then working my way up from there. i’ve always wanted to try vinyl, but never had anything to try it with!

1165. and I would LOVE a silhouette to make homemade gifts and happies for people I love :-) I also would use it to personalize and monogram things!

1166. Did you say compatible with a MAC? That is like music to my ears. What wouldn’t I do with this too cool machine? I could come up with a project for every room in the house!

1167. I want a silhouette because it does everything! I can stop wanting a Cricket, and get rid of my Sizzix that I am tired of lugging around, and still be able to be crafty!

1168. Wow–If I had a Silhouette, I’d first want to professionalize, expand, upgrade, and improve the projects I already make such as cards and invitations, stationery, cake stencils, cupcake wrappers, and party decorations. But as a new project, I would definitely choose glass etching first. I love the idea of personalizing glassware for others (and myself) for the kitchen and bathroom, stuff that’s used daily, but that is usually plain and generic–or labeled plainly with a label maker. How wonderful it would be to make these daily use items special, personal, and lovely so that they’d bring a happy smile to those using them.

1169. I want to try the sketch feature. Maybe I’ll finally be able to get some cute things up on my kids walls.

1170. I would love to win this machine. I would love to be as crafty and as frugal as all my friends are. I really think this machine will help me create some awesome home decor for my house.

1173. I really love those saying pictures that I am seeing everywhere. i would put one in every room of my house!!!

1174. I love this machine! I definitely want one for Christmas…it’s going on my list for Santa! I can’t decide what I would do first, probably make a personalized gift for my 1 year old…new blanket, pillow, wall decals…possibilities are endless!

1175. The possibilities are endless!! I would go nuts with one of these machines. I’ve been eyeing these for a few months, but don’t have the money to invest in one of them yet (it would be amazing to win one!).

1176. I would love to have one because it would so make my life easier and more organized!!And I truly believe an organized home makes the kids more relaxed and at peace!! (at least when they aren’t going crazy!)
