Thanksgiving Turkey Leftovers – 20 Recipes!

By Kate Riley November 21, 2012

Today I’m cooking up a turkey and we’ll be bringing a Thanksgiving meal to Great Grandma Verna tomorrow (she’s 103!) but we’ll keep most of the turkey at home to use over the next week.

For our official Thanksgiving feast, we’ll get together with friends and family at my Aunt’s house tomorrow.  I’m always looking for new ways to use leftover turkey and I rounded up 20 scrumptious looking recipes, a few of which I’ll definitely try.

  1. Thank you for rounding up so many great ideas for turkey leftovers. Yum…now I really can’t wait for tomorrow! My husband will be continuing his tradition of cooking the turkey out on the grill. The down side is that it’s so tasty that there’s usually no leftovers. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
